User roles on the portal

  The portal has 5 different user roles based on which we will show a different view after the login.

HR Manager
HR Manager: the employer whose rights are equivalent to those of an admin.

Line Manager

Line Manager: the person designated only for holidays and expenses approval.

Finance contact
Finance contact: email where we will be sending the invoices (off-platform).

Employee
Employee: the person that is getting hired through the platform. Their options at this point in time are limited to the data collection.

WorkMotion Admin
WorkMotion Admin: we will have admin rights in order to access your company account and upload the relevant information.
