In order to add another HR colleague to your company account on WorkMotion, please follow these steps:
1. Got to Settings > Users:
2. Click on the ADD HR COLLEAGUE button on the right side of the screen:
3. Enter the first/last name and email of the HR member that you want to add and click on SEND INVITATION:
4. The newly added HR member will receive an invitation to Sign-up.
They will have the same access rights and visibility as the HR Manager. If you would like to remove an HR colleague, you will need to contact us. At the moment, the possibility to remove a user from your company account is not available on the platform yet.
